Lula: The Sexy Empire (also known as Wet: The Sexy Empire) is a business simulation game for Windows. The game revolves around building a multi-million dollar erotica industry. Character designs were done by German comic artist Carsten Wieland.

An interactive point and click style of game, which requires the player to return at intervals to collect rewards or interact with other characters.
The game begins with the protagonist penniless and homeless. Having aided in a bank robbery, the main character is betrayed by his girlfriend and his best friend, who leave him stranded in the Nevada desert. Soon after, his two companions are caught by the FBI, and give the agents a description of the missing man.
Alone and on the run, the main character comes across a small town in Nevada, where he lies low in the local motel. It is here where he meets Lula, a stunning busty blond. She had tried for fame in California, but is now trying to get to Las Vegas to make money as a dancer. The Greyhound bus has broken down, and so she decides to stay in the motel. Immediately a connection is made, and the new found couple indulge in an evening of rampant sexual intercourse.
The acts in which they engage (the introduction of the game features fellatio, cunnilingus, and vaginal and anal intercourse) gives the protagonist an idea. An idea which will make himself rich, and give Lula the fame she so rightly deserves. He decides that he and his new found lover will go into the pornography business.
The player is then required to raise about $8000–$12,000 in order to buy fake documents so that the FBI stop in their pursuit. This money is raised in various ways, from beating up drunks in the pub toilets, to making homemade hardcore pornography in your motel room featuring Lula. The player can also indulge in bribery, to get Lula a job as a stripper, or merely indulge himself in Lula at his own pleasure.
The game features a unique tutorial mode, whereby every time a new scene is encountered the real life Lula talks you through what you can do in the new area, whilst also revealing a little more of herself each time. Later on in the game, these videos show the real life Lula masturbating, and using a dildo.
After the FBI are off your back, Lula then requires you to raise $50,000 so that you can travel to Las Vegas and set up your very own porn business.
The player is required to take part in every step of the production of an adult film. This includes hiring cast, directors, cameramen, story writers, marketing officers, and other professions.
There is then a choice of films the player can make, from family, through to hardcore. The storyboard then guides players through what they can put in the film. This features anal sex, fellatio, cunnilingus, threesomes, foursomes, and orgies, among others.
The marketing section provides further options, as the player can order Lula to get involved in an array of scandals to raise their profile, from flirting with the mayor, to sleeping with the President.
After raising $2,000,000, players finish the journey as a film producer and begin a new one as an owner of Sex Shops all across USA.
